Our Process
Step One: Phone Call with a Guild Member
Contact Us to set up a free 15 minute phone call with a guild member to introduce yourself, your project, and see if we’re a good fit for you/
Step Two: Consultation with Guild Member(s) and Rough Estimate
One or more guild members will walk through your yard with you, get a sense for your desires and offer suggestions and inspiration. We’ll then provide a design estimate for your project.
Step Three: Collaborative Design
After the initial consultation, the guild member(s) will go back to the drawing board to create a custom design for your home. As a team, the guild members will come up with a design incorporating all the permaculture ideas you were inspired by during the consultation. We will work WITH you to make the design so that it fits your space and your lifestyle.
Step Four: Installation
After the design phase, we ourselves will carry out the implementation of the plan, so that no piece of your custom design is lost in translation from designer to contractor. We work as a team so that each aspect gets installed as one piece of a holistic design. We welcome you to work with us to install your new backyard, so that you get so see it all unfold.
Maintenance
After a yard is transformed, it is essential to do maintenance so that your yard stays vibrant with new life. We offer to come back and tend to your yard on a regular basis. Yard Care Education Programs
Now that you have a beautiful yard to tend do, learn how to care for it yourself! Hire any of the guild members to come over for one-on-one tutorials in their field of expertise. We can teach you how to prune trees, care for garden veggies, build using cob, upkeep a worm bin, care for your garden, and more! We can adjust the tutorials to be video or phone call as needed.
